About Me

Hi, I’m Giselle, a private chef originally from Fort Worth, Texas. My culinary journey took me to New York, where I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with a degree in Hospitality Management, specializing in Latin American cuisine. After working my way up from line cook to chef de cuisine at MIchelin-rated Spanish restaurant, Salinas in NYC, I moved to Mexico City to work at the world-renowned restaurant Pujol, where I learned new techniques and explored exciting ingredients.

I then ventured into the world of wine and spirits, earning my Certified Sommelier certification and working in fine wine sales. However, my love for cooking never wavered, and I returned to the kitchen to focus on what truly brings me joy—cooking for people.

Whether it’s creating healthy meals for busy families or curating unforgettable dinner parties, I believe food is about more than just nourishment—it's about bringing people together. My goal as a private chef is to offer you a personalized dining experience that reflects my passion for food and my commitment to making every meal special.
